1. For on air giveaways, listeners will be asked to call the KWIN lines (209) 951-5946 (KWIN) or toll free (800) 585-5946 (KWIN). A specific number caller will be asked for over the air. The correct number caller will win the mentioned prize. Some contests may require listeners/contestants to answer trivia questions to win mentioned prize. Listeners may only win once for each prize available. If DJ forgets to give a specific number caller on air… the default will be the 10th caller.

2. For on-site giveaways, listeners may enter a drawing one time (Unless otherwise noted). They must be 18 or older unless otherwise specified. A random drawing will determine the winner.

3. Winners have 10 days to pick up prize unless noted otherwise on winner’s sheet. Prize must be claimed according to provider. Certain businesses have special rules for contestants to claim prizes. KWIN and Cumulus Media are not liable for the failure of the provider of any part of the prize to satisfy its obligation to furnish its portions of the prize.

5. Prize is non-transferable.

6. Winner must be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise noted.

7. One entry per person, unless specified.

8. May only win one per contest/promotion.

9. Winning does not exclude other family members from playing and winning, unless specified.

10. Must have valid 1.D. to claim prize.

11. All participants in any KWIN contest automatically give KWIN / participating sponsors the right to use their likeness, image and /or voice in promoting the contest and/or station.

12. Employees of CUMULUS Media, participating sponsors and their immediate families are not eligible, their advertising agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible. Employees of any other Modesto/Stockton Metro Broadcast stations and their subsidiaries are not eligible.

13. Winners are responsible for any tax requirements due.

14. KWIN-fm, 97.7 & 98.3 KWIN reserves the right to modify any rules deemed necessary for the successful run of said contest/promotion.

15. Any and all decisions of KWIN-fm, 97.7 & 98.3 KWIN are final.
